Services

River City Arcade is a free-play arcade entertainment venue located in Danville, Virginia. We offer unlimited arcade game play for a flat admission fee, private party room rentals, and related entertainment services.

Admission & Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• General admission is $12 per person for unlimited play. Groups of 4 or more receive a discounted rate of $10 per person.
• Admission includes a wristband that allows re-entry on the same day.
• No refunds on admission once a wristband has been issued.

Party & Event Bookings

• Party bookings submitted through our website are requests, not confirmed reservations, until acknowledged by our team.
• We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request to confirm availability and details.
• Cancellations should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
• Party packages and pricing are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Arcade Rules & Conduct

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please treat all games and equipment with care. You may be held responsible for intentional damage.
• River City Arcade reserves the right to refuse admission or ask anyone to leave for disruptive behavior.
• No outside food or beverages allowed without prior approval.

Assumption of Risk

By entering River City Arcade, you acknowledge that arcade games and entertainment activities carry inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with participation. River City Arcade is not responsible for personal injuries except in cases of gross negligence.
